Strictly Come Dancing favourite Kai Widdrington has announced his latest move following rumours of a 'split' with fellow dancer Nadiya Bychkova. Fans are eagerly awaiting his return to the ballroom, confirmed back in June for the line-up of professional dancers ready to take to the floor in the 2024 series. In the previous year, Kai was famously paired with broadcasting icon Angela Rippon, reaching the legendary Blackpool week together.

Their dynamic partnership continued as they joined the star-studded Strictly Come Dancing Live 2024 tour across major venues earlier this year. However, recent weeks have seen the dedicated performer busy with preparations for the upcoming series. Last month found him collaborating with creative director Jason Gilkison in rehearsals, shaping the assortment of pro dances slated for pre-recording soon, reports the Manchester Evening News .
