Jamie Borthwick has been hit by the same comparison as he performed his latest routine on Strictly Come Dancing. The EastEnders star was back in the ballroom on Saturday night (October 5) alongside his dance partner Michelle Tsiakkas. For the dance show's Movie Week special the pair, quickstepped to I’m Still Standing by Sir Elton John from the biopic Rocketman, scoring 30 out of a possible 40 from the judges.
Motsi Mabuse hinted Jamie, who is known for playing Jay Mitchelle in EastEnders, could be heading all the way for the final in December as she commented "I think the Glitterball is close to you" if he can make his dancing more "tidy". " Michelle, who has been given a celebrity to dance with for the first time this year, also added: "I know how hard you worked, I know what a tough week it's been and I'm really proud of you."
