Alison Hammond has revealed the five words Aljaz Skorjanec said to her ahead of their exit from Strictly Come Dancing. The dancer and TV star were paired during the 2014 series. At the time, Alison and Aljaz were eliminated in the seventh week, finishing in 10th place, with the BBC One dance contest later being won by the late Love Island presenter Caroline Flack and her pro dance partner Pasha Kovalev.

Now Alison - who co-hosts The Great British Bake Off with Noel Fielding - revealed on this week's episode of the popular baking show a hilarious bit of advice Aljaz gave her said when she was facing being eliminated. But Aljaz looked at me and he went, 'She can still fall over'." "So I'm looking at you now going, 'someone could still burn it'. Go and hold your head up high and enjoy yourself, have a laugh because someone could still fall over!" Aljaz is currently competing in the latest series of Strictly alongside former Love Island star Tasha Ghouri after he returned to the his show this year following a two-year hiatus.
