Saturday Kitchen viewers are all saying the same thing about chef Anna Haugh’s latest cooking demonstration. The Irish restauranteur appeared on the BBC mainstay alongside Matt Tebbutt and author Richard Osman on Saturday (September 21). On the latest edition of Saturday Kitchen, Anna, 43, was invited on to promote her debut cookbook and the opening of her new wine bar while cooking up a storm in the BBC kitchen.

During her stint, she worked with host Matt, 50, to create a succulent dish of Irish pork chops topped with red onion and balsamic marmalade. While the restauranteur was plating up the food for fellow experts to try, she dipped her spoon into the pork fat to taste. After seemingly giving it her nod of approval, she continued to use the same spoon to finish off the dishes.

Eagle-eyed viewers who realised Anna had used the same utensil took to social media to have their say, with one claiming: “I watch every week and love Saturday Kitchen but tasting the pork dish with a spoon then carrying on serving with the same spoon. “I am a chef and would be sacked for that,” they added. A second echoed: “So Anna just licked the spoon then dished up with the same spoon, delicious.

” “Did she just try the food on the spoon and then keep on serving up with the same spoon?,” questioned another Saturday Kitchen fan. A fourth typed: “Did she just stick that spoon in her gob & then serve with it..

.?” Elsewhere, viewers have praised Anna’s on-screen rapport with Mat.
