The finale sees the O'Haras take off for a family holiday but their trip sadly takes a devastating turn before it even begins when they are involved in a life-threatening car crash. Before they hit the road, Angus tells Bob that something urgent has came up that he needs his help which actually turns out to all be a ploy so Bob can secretly pick up an engagement ring for Kim, which is sure to delight fans after they recently rekindled their relationship. Bob and Angus set off later in the episode in high spirits before they come across the scene of the crash on the side of the road.

To their horror, they discover it's Kim and Bernie in the car who are both badly injured and now facing uncertain futures. W.
