The episode saw the Saint Marie police force investigate the murder of the aunt, who is found stabbed to death under the hairdryer at a beauty salon on the morning of her niece’s wedding. However, things took an unexpected turn as Ruby's old flame was the groom and one of the suspects in the murder.
