BBC commentator John Hunt has issued a heart-wrenching statement after the tragic loss of his wife and two daughters in a horrific crossbow incident at their family home. Mr Hunt, alongside surviving daughter Amy, expressed their profound grief following the incident which claimed the lives of Carol Hunt, aged 61, and her daughters Hannah, 28, and Louise, 25. The three were discovered with fatal injuries at their home on Ashlyn Close in Bushey, Hertfordshire, shortly after 7pm on Tuesday.

Hertfordshire Police confirmed that a crossbow was retrieved as part of the ongoing investigation. The incident led to an extensive search for 26 year old Kyle Clifford, who was later located at Lavender Hill Cemetery in Enfield, North London, suffering from severe injuries on Wednesday afternoon. Authorities have since announced the arrest of a man on Thursday evening on suspicion of three counts of murder.
