BBC Breakfast favourite Naga Munchetty is usually seen sporting a sleek bob during the morning showbut a recently dug-up flashback photo reveals an entirely different look from her younger years. The 48 year old journalist, who has become a fixture on our screens for more than a decade, is instantly recognisable with her neat brunette hairdo. But back in her youth, Naga charmed with luscious, curly chin-length locks.

She took a trip down memory lane when she appeared on Comedy Central's 'Rhod Gilbert's Growing Pains' in November 2022. A teen photograph of Naga was unveiled during her stint on the show, leaving fans stunned at her transformation. Discussing her formative years, Naga confessed she was a "straight-A student", but lamented that she wasn't exactly a magnet for admirers, saying "no one fancied her".

In a light-hearted segment, Rhod queried Naga about "love letters" she penned to a fellow classmate. Explaining the context, Naga revealed: "Well, you call them love letters. I loved Prince and [my friend] loved Prince.

So we used to write these letters to each other with all Prince lyrics." On another note, just days earlier, pleading pleas were heard from her supporters, urging the newscaster to drop a 'filthy' habit following a post-exercise selfie shared online. Naga coupled her exercise update with a touch of modest bragging, assuring them she had accomplished her run.

Despite having broken a sweat, the well-known presenter radiated a surprising level of post-run g.
