BBC Breakfast: Carol reports on an 'autumnal' turn in weather BBC Breakfast turned frosty this week as Ben Thompson snapped at weather presenter Carol Kirkwood . Carol was in the studio for a change and presenting her usual segment in the vicinity of hosts Ben and Sally Nugent – but unfortunately she didn't have good news to deliver.
