They are super quick to make, too, with just 10 to 12 minutes of baking time required. Then, prepare a large baking tray by greasing it with a little butter and laying one sheet of parchment paper on top.
In a large mixing bowl, blend the mashed bananas, honey (or syrup), melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until the mixture is perfectly smooth. Now combine the dry ingredients (whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking soda, cinnamon and salt) in a separate mixing bowl. Gradually add the dry mixture to the bowl of wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
