The Bachelorette fans slammed Jenn Tran for being unable to "resist" the red flags of one of her suitors after an "uncomfortable" love confession during her Fantasy Suites. While some viewers were convinced the 26-year-old wasn't showing any feelings for her three of her finalists , Marcus Shoberg , Devin Strader and Jonathon Johnson, others believed she gave too much to one suitor. During her date with Devin, Jenn swerved his love confession and admitted she was scared but she had no issue telling Marcus she loved him.
The only issue was that he was not ready to say it back and struggled to find the words to tell her. He told Jenn that he wants to make sure he's making the right choices because he comes from a broken family. I'm not in love with Jen right now." He added: "I think it's just scary to tell someone something that they probably, like, don't want to hear." Jenn got the picture when he told her: "Yeah, I think at the end of the day, I think why I'm worried is because I feel like unsure and you deserve someone that is sure about you.
" He added: "And I think it's just, I don't know if I'm like putting pressure on myself because of how fast this process has been or how quickly the end of this process is appro.
