Dave Kearney and his wife Becca Mehigan have announced that they’re expecting their first child in a wholesome social media post. The Irish international and Leinster rugby star have been in the public spotlight since making their debut as a couple at the Leinster Rugby Awards back in 2019. It’s been a hectic twelve months for the couple, who moved to Chicago, America, at the beginning of the year after tying the knot last summer in front of their friends and family.
Currently living the American dream, Dave and Becca revealed on Monday that they’re in the midst of getting ready to welcome their first child into the world, with Becca already halfway through her pregnancy. Sharing a snap of her and Dave at a Chicago Cubs baseball game, the pair confirmed the news by holding up a child’s baseball jersey for the camera. ‘Halfway to meeting our little Chicago Cub,’ yoga teacher Becca captioned the post.
