Turn right onto Mary's Lane, then right again onto Edale Road. Follow this road briefly before taking the first left down a country lane. Continue along this lane for a short distance before taking the footpath on the left that leads to the base of Mam Tor - don't forget to look back and admire the view along the way.

A series of stone steps lead you to the summit of Mam Tor, one of the most famous hills in the Peak District.
