The annual Resolve Political Monitor shows Prime Minister Anthony Albanese in some popularity pain. He has slid from last year's rating of minus 3 per cent to minus 17 per cent.

(AP) Crucially, he's fallen behind Opposition Leader Peter Dutton, who has jumped from minus 12 up to a score of zero.
