The aircraft, acquired through a wet lease from Spanish airline Swiftair, landed just after 07:00 BST and has already begun servicing passengers on routes to East Midlands Airport. Aurigny, the States-owned airline, anticipates the ATR-72 will enhance its fleet until mid-October, when a fifth permanent ATR is set to join the ranks.
