What do you wear when you’re as well-versed in red carpets and big fits as Skepta? A graphic double-breasted suit from your own label is a pretty good place to start, and that’s exactly what he did at Men of the Year 2024 . Skepta's white relaxed suit was boxy, louche, and leant on the chill side to keep the focus on the top of the silhouette. But this wasn’t just your run of the mill suit.
Black compasses, scissors, set squares and pencils were printed across the jacket, shirt, pants, and trousers in contrast to the white base layer . By blending a traditional cut with a slightly louder print, the rapper managed to pull off a full suit like it's a graphic tee. Was it risky? Yes.
Did it pay off, yeah it did. And to top it off, the rapper wore a pair of Kickers lace-ups likely from his recent collab teased on the runway in September. Skepta relaunched his label Mains last year, and since then it has been behind blockbuster campaigns featuring the likes of MOTY cover star and West London rapper, Central Cee.
He’s been giving it some air time at big events like Burberry’s Spring 2025 fashion show, where he wore a fur trapper-style hat with a double-breasted suit. But at Men of the Year he put Mains front and centre with a full tailored fit. Skepta is a pro in the menswear game.
He’s got super chill sportswear on lock, masterminding spicy collabs with Puma , but when it comes to the red carpet, he’s got tailoring dialled-in, too. Just look at his Men of the Year 202.
