LEXINGTON — Arts Davidson County's next exhibit will allow viewers to take an artistic journey where ancient myths and enchanting tales of magic come alive through works of art. "Mystery, Magic, Myths, and Legends," will explore the mystical and mythical, inviting artists to interpret these timeless themes through their unique creative lenses. But first, entries are needed for the exhibit, which will open at Arts Davidson County gallery at 202 N.

Main St. on Sept. 7.

The exhibition is open to Arts Davidson County's active Artist Advocate Members only. Artists who are not yet members are encouraged to join the creative community. Each artist may submit up to five original pieces, with curators selecting up to five for inclusion.

All submissions must be exhibition ready upon delivery and available for sale, with Arts Davidson County retaining a 25 percent commission on sales. Submissions must align with the theme of "Mystery, Magic, Myths, and Legends," with artists encouraged to explore the mysterious, magical, and mythical elements of autumn. We welcome all artistic mediums, including traditional paintings, sculptures, digital art and mixed media, ensuring a diverse and inclusive showcase of creativity.
