's brother, Jeremy, was arrested, according to documents obtained by The Mirror. alleged that he was an accomplice in a scheme to carry 100lb of marijuana in suitcases through Orlando International Airport airport. Court documents revealed that he was scheduled to board a plane to Frankfurt, Germany on Feb.
16, but Jeremy Madix and Jonah Ahad weren't able to make it past airport security before they were busted. Customs and Border Agents searched through their belongings and allegedly found a total of 64 bags of weed weighing 76 pounds in the two bags which belonged to the star, Jeremy. Jonah's bag allegedly contained 31 bags of weed weighing 37 pounds.
It's hard to deny who the cases belonged to since, according to the documents, "the two suitcases in Madix's possession had his name on the luggage tags and the suitcase in Ahad's possession had his name on the luggage tag." Authorities claim they attempted to speak with Jeremy and Jonah after the bust, but neither would talking without their attorneys present. The incident did not seem to lead to an immediate arrest, but they were later cuffed following some arrest warrants with charges on felony cannabis trafficking.
Jonah was arrested before Jeremy with Jonah getting put in the slammer in May. Jeremy was hit with the charges Tuesday. No word yet on why there was a delay in the arrest process.
Upon his arrest, Jeremy entered a request to be released on a bond. He included four character witness letters, including one from hi.
