' The Vanderpump Rules stars parted ways with Penny, an executive chef who was appointed the COO/Director of Culinary of Something About Her, ahead of the May 2024 grand opening after a monetary dispute. But before she was fired, Penny and her lawyer husband Jonathan Lee Borsuk applied for the Something About Her trademark through her company Put A Fork In It LLC in August 2023. They allegedly had the approval of both Madix and Maloney to do so.
Despite no longer working for Madix and Maloney, Chef Penny has retained ownership over the pending trademark. Something About Her was published in the May 28, 2024 issue of The Trademark Official Gazette — giving anyone the opportunity to oppose it within 30 days of the publication date before a Notice of Allowance is issued, as per the guidelines.
