Mar 24, 1932 Sep 13, 2024 Anna Elizabeth Hudgins Fouts, Age 92, went to be in the more immediate presence of The Savior on September 13, 2024 at Arbor Acres Retirement Community. Our precious mother went home to Jesus and our daddy this morning. We praise God for His promise of eternal life and we thank God for her.

Anna was such a beautiful lady who was very loving and considerate of others. She will be missed..

.Shine long and bright Anna. Anna was born March 24, 1932 to Irvin Andrew and Ruth Shore Hudgins in Winston-Salem.

Mrs. Fouts was a member of Fries Memorial Moravian Church where she was a most faithful member for most of her life. Her father worked for H.

E. Fries, President of the Winston-Salem Southbound Railroad, for whom the Church is named. After her marriage to J.

A. Fouts in 1952, she proudly wore the mantle of homemaker and mother to two children. She lived in Historic Oak Crest (established 1923) throughout her life.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jacob Arvil Fouts, one brother and four sisters. She is survived by a daughter, Cherie Arrington (Don); son, Robert Fouts, and grandson, Joshua Arrington, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. There will be a family burial at God's Acre, the Moravian Graveyard in Old Salem at 11 a.

m. on September 27, 2024, with Reverend Worth Green officiating. The family invites friends to Forsyth Coun.
