The 49-year-old A-lister and her 20-year-old son Pax posed together as they hit the red carpet premiere for her film Without Blood at the Toronto International Film Festival on Sunday night. Pax, 20 - who suffered 'complex trauma' in the collision with a car on July 29 in LA - sported an arm cast under his black suit jacket. He was classically dressed as he also sported matching trousers, tie, and patent leather dress shoes with a crisp white dress shirt.
Pax also accessorized with a pair of black sunglasses as he was arm-in-arm with his famous mother.
