A family affair. Angelina Jolie got support from three of her six children at the New York Film Festival premiere of her upcoming Pablo Larrain -directed film Maria . The 49-year-old, who shares her children with ex Brad Pitt , was joined on the red carpet for the biopic of the famed opera singer Maria Callas by her kids Pax Jolie-Pitt , Zahara Jolie-Pitt , and Maddox Jolie-Pitt , who attended the screening and panel event that Angelina participated in.
“It was a wonderful, long process,” Angelina exclusively told E! News on the red carpet of filming the taxing role. “I had very patient and supportive teachers from singing classes to Italian classes to opera classes. And Pablo is just such a brilliant director, and he’s so well versed.

m.) Angelina’s kids stood by their mother for the glam occasion. Pax, 20, looked dapper in a gray suit and tie, opting to wear shades, which partially covered his facial injuries in the wake of his July e-bike accident .
While Angelina’s eldest son Maddox, 23, kept it classic in a black suit. Angelina and Zahara, 19, matched in white gowns with the Oscar winner opting for a structured Grecian-style dress while her daughter exuded vintage Hollywood glamour in a satin halter dress. Maria follows the famed singer in the final week of her life before her sudden death at 53 .
