Thiruvananthapuram: Former Indian footballer Angel Adolphus inaugurated the fourth edition of Prathidhwani Fives women’s football tournament, organised by Prathidhwani, the welfare and recreation forum of IT employees at Technopark grounds. More than 200 women employees from around 20 IT companies will be participating in the tournament. Infosys defeated Equifax in the inaugural match.

Tournament convener Sandhya A, joint conveners Neeta Subhash and Jisha Gomes were present at the inaugural ceremony. Matches of the league-based tournament will be held on Aug 31, Sept1, 3, and 5 at 3pm at the Technopark grounds. KFON services launched at Technopark Kerala Fibre Optic Network has introduced its commercial internet services within Technopark in Thiruvananthapuram. Technopark CEO Sanjeev Nair inaugurated the launch, emphasizing the benefits for IT companies. KFONs commercial services have expanded to 23,000 households, according to Managing Director Santhosh Babu.
