The video starts with the vlogger asking him, "Pandiji, where have I seen you? To which the vendor replies, "You would have seen me at Anant Ambani's wedding, and I have been to Antilia thrice." While preparing the dish, he also showed him the caterer's pass of Anant wedding as a "proof" and said he has cooked for him in his kitchen.
So, now coming to the dish, the vendor starts by adding a dollop of curd to two crispy dal vadas kept on a plate and then adds a secret masala to it. Further, "a chole ki chutney" is topped on the dish along with date and mint chutney. Finally, he serves the dahi vada with some red chilli paste.
