While the Telugu film industry has made an impact globally with RRR taking the fame to the international level, the industry has also received much love from other film industries within the country. Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan recently was seen appreciating the film world and its contributions to Indian Cinema as he recently got together with some of the prominent names from the industry to celebrate the work of the late Nageswara Rao Akkineni. At the ceremony, which was hosted by Nagarjuna and the rest of the Akkineni family, saw Amitabh Bachchan felicitating Chiranjeevi for his immense contribution to the industry.
Besides that, the megastar also gave a heartfelt speech wherein he extended his gratitude towards Brahmastra co-star Nagarjuna and he said, “I want to express my gratitude to Nag, the foundation, and the entire family for bringing to life a colossus that we have had the privilege to observe on this earth of Telugu cinema and indeed the entire film industry.” Besides this, Amitabh Bachchan also shared a special post about the event on the social media platform X.
