Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan have made headlines with a strategic real estate move, purchasing 10 apartments in Mulund West’s luxury project, Oberoi Eternia, for a total of ₹24.95 crore. This acquisition alone brings the Bachchan family’s total real estate investments for 2024 to approximately ₹100 crore, a significant stake in Mumbai's high-value property market.
The apartments they’ve acquired span a generous 10,216 square feet in total, with two parking spaces for each unit, incurring a stamp duty of ₹1.5 crore. Documents accessed by Square Yards revealed the division of these units between father and son, with Abhishek purchasing six apartments worth ₹14.
77 crore and Amitabh securing four for ₹10.18 crore. Oberoi Eternia, the residential complex they invested in, is a prime location offering expansive 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments ready for immediate occupancy.

The family’s properties now cover close to 0.19 million square feet across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with an overall investment value nearing ₹219 crore.
Earlier this year, Abhishek had made a similar investment by acquiring six units in Borivali’s Oberoi Sky City project, valued at over ₹15 crore, with Amitabh following suit by purchasing two apartments in the same project for aroun.
