AMIR KHAN has placed a whopping £12.5million price tag on his luxury wedding venue in Bolton. The boxing icon made the announcement about the "Dubai-Style" venue on social media in the early hours of Friday morning.

In his post, the 37-year-old said: "I am looking to sell my wedding hall for £12.5m. "The property features four floors, including three dedicated wedding floors and a rooftop events terrace.

"Additionally, there is parking available at both the front and rear, accommodating up to 200 vehicles." Named "The Balmayna, the stunning venue is located in Bolton opposite a car wash and fly-tipping spot, which had left it within touching distance of broken fridges and dirty mattresses in January.
