According to CNBC TV18, Abhishek Bachchan has purchased properties in Mulund West, Mumbai, for a total of Rs 24.95 crore. These 10 properties are co-invested in by his father, Amitabh Bachchan.

According to the report, which cites registration paperwork that Square Yards, a real estate website, was able to get, their apartments in Eternia, Oberoi Realty’s upscale residential development. The carpet areas of eight of these ten units are 1,049 square feet (sq. ft.

). The remaining two units are 912 square feet in size. There are two parking spots for each transaction.

The Bachchans allegedly paid Rs 1.5 crore in stamp duty for these ten properties. His 82-year-old father purchased four properties for over Rs 10.
