DON'T move an inch in this heatwave — beat it with the world's longest lazy river. The record-breaking attraction can be found at Waco Surf in Waco, Texas . The waterpark and resort features a 5,280-foot-long lazy river, which the site has deemed "the world's longest lazy river (allegedly).

" With a Water Park Pass, guests have free reign on all three of the park's slides, including The Wedge and the famous Lazy River. Visitors can travel down the mile-long canal in an inner tube and colorful floaties. Those who need even more of a break from the sun can head off to one of six beach cabanas.

Make it a memory with included Beach Access, which allows groups of up to eight people. While the cabanas restrict visitors from bringing their own alcohol, party-goers can purchase drinks at one of several bars on the premises. While travelers can (and should) lounge in the calm waters as long as they desire, those up for more strenuous activities will be happy to find diverse offerings.
