Amanda Holden has been given plenty of advice ahead of her mammoth cycling challenge next month in aid of Global's Make Some Noise, but one particular tip has left her in shock. The Heart Radio presenter will be cycling a lengthy 250 miles from Bude in Cornwall to Leicester Square over the course of five days, to raise funds for the charity campaign. After the news was announced on the station's breakfast show, Amanda and her co-star JK proceeded to read out messages from listeners who had sent in their well wishes and advice.

When the host got to one message in particular, she was taken aback by a listener who suggested using bum butter on her journey. "Oh, this in interesting," she said, seeming shocked. "Ian has just texted, 'Amanda, get yourself some bum butter, you'll need it'.
