Amanda Bynes was spotted on a walk in Los Angeles. The former child star, 38, wore a long-sleeved white t-shirt with a scoop neck with black leggings. She carried a small white handbag and wore her dyed black tresses in a half-up style.

The Amanda Show alum was involved in an animated conversation on the phone. This is the first time the What a Girl Wants actress has been seen since she dropped her plan to become a manicurist and announced her fashion collaboration. 'My associate's of art degree majoring in product development at FIDM paid off,' she captioned the post. Among the pieces was a t-shirt with a drawing of a woman, retailing for $60 on Babbitt's website. There was also a pair of shorts with black and red graphics, selling for $100.
