By Kevin Slane If you’re reading this, that means it’s November. You know, November : Thanksgiving, Veterans Day, Daylight Savings Time, all that good stuff. But if you take a look at your favorite streaming service, whether it’s Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, or any of the others, it’s as if November doesn’t exist.

Gone are all of the scary movies from October, relegated to the deepest recesses of the streaming library. In their place are dozens of holiday movies and specials, even though Christmas is still ages away. If you have the (frankly unnatural) urge to watch holiday entertainment while it’s 70 degrees and sunny outside, feel free to check out one of the 55 titles listed below that contains the word “Christmas” (trust me, I counted).

Thankfully, there are other options as well. Peacock will have you thinking of summer with its theatrical hit “Twisters” (Nov. 15).

Disney+ will do the same with the streaming debut of “Deadpool & Wolverine” (Nov. 12). And Apple TV+ has the second season of its dark comedy “Bad Sisters,” one of my favorite TV shows of 2022 .

Below you’ll find a full list of what’s new in November 2024 on eight of the most popular streaming services in America: Netflix , Max (formerly HBO Max), Hulu , Disney+ , Prime Video , Apple TV+ , Peacock , and Paramount+ .
