Alison Hammond was so happy to rekindle with her co-host Dermot O'Leary that she even stopped This Morning to tell him so. The two respective ITV presenters ended up having a brief break from one another this week after Dermot had a short two-day break away from the programme. In his absence, The Masked Singer UK star Joel Dommett, stepped in to ensure the show ran smoothly.
Despite Dermot being back in action on yesterday's episode (Wednesday, 24 July), Alison could resist chiming praises for her on-screen partner after missing him this week. Stopping Thursday's episode in its tracks, she told him: "I really love it when you're here." It's unlike the X Factor host to be speechless but he seemed to blush as he scrambled to find words to respond.
