Ioan Gruffudd's bitter war with ex-wife Alice Evans has taken a bizarre twist as she accused him of taking shots at her using a social media user, who claims to be a lawyer, during a recent courthouse appearance between the warring exes. The Vampire Diaries star, 56, was ordered to leave an LA courtroom for appearing to take unauthorized snaps of her former spouse on September 9 during a child support hearing regarding their daughters post-divorce. It flouted the strict no-photos rule that's enforced in courts across both the US and UK.

Evans has since insisted she wasn't taking photos of Gruffudd, but instead was photographing a female lawyer in court named Andrea Burkhart. According to new court documents, Alice claims Burkhart "has been fraternising" with her estranged husband. Evans also claims the lawyer "has said awful things about me" and "refers to me as Malice instead of Alice in her Twitter posts.

" "I turned around and saw her (Burkhart) and Gruffudd engaged in conversation, smiling and laughing," she said in the documents. "This concerned me greatly as it appears that Gruffudd is assisting Ms. Burkhart to make disparaging statements about me in her social media.
