With the recent approval from India’s Civil Aviation Ministry , Alhind Group is set to expand its portfolio by launching Alhind Air .

The forthcoming airline, Alhind Air , is slated to begin operations by the end of the year, contingent upon securing a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Civil Aviation Ministry and an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) from the Director General of Civil Aviation . This strategic expansion aims to bridge the connectivity gap between regional airports in South India, initially connecting Kochi to Bengaluru and Thiruvananthapuram to Chennai . Following the initial phase, the airline plans to extend its reach to major cities across India and explore international routes.

Alhind Air will commence its operations with three ATR-72 aircraft focused on regional connectivity, with plans to upscale to Airbus A320 aircraft for its international flights, reflecting its commitment to offering a robust and expansive flying experience.
