Hurtigruten Expeditions (HX) has appointed Alex McNeil to the newly established role of Chief Expedition Officer (CXO). This strategic addition to their executive team highlights HX’s dedication to providing immersive adventure travel experiences, building on nearly 130 years of expedition heritage.

In his capacity as CXO, McNeil will manage all facets of HX’s worldwide itineraries and expedition experiences. His responsibilities include ensuring that every journey is meticulously planned and curated to provide unmatched exploration, education, and a positive impact on the communities visited.
