The apartment is a few hundred metres from the Sydney Opera House and was the subject of a police search warrant on Monday morning. The 83-year-old was arrested during the search over claims of alleged indecent assault and sexual touching incidents between 2001 and 2019. He has not been charged and previously denied any wrongdoing when a Sydney Morning Herald investigation first aired the allegations.
