Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace shocked passers-by in London on Thursday when she spray-painted a car with the word "cheater" outside Harrods. The 45-year-old former Big Brother contestant recently opened up about undergoing thousands of pounds of cosmetic surgery to please a new boyfriend. The star revealed that she felt a decade younger after going under-the-knife after embarking on her new romance.

The MailOnline have published the eyebrow-raising images and has reported that the stunt was purely to highlight the latest project she was promoting. However, the stunt does come after she opened up about changing her appearance to please a man.

Aisleyne revealed to Closer magazine earlier this year that she had enjoyed £7,000 of cosmetic surgery to boost her appearance. She told the magazine: "I look a lot fresher - when I take my dogs out for a walk and catch myself in the mir.
