Monday, August 19, 2024 In its continued efforts to broaden its operational reach, airBaltic , a premier airline in the Baltics, is excited to unveil an open position for a Captain to pilot the Airbus A220-300 aircraft. The airline is also offering a lucrative sign-up bonus for new team members. Furthermore, airBaltic is actively seeking Senior First Officers with opportunities for rapid advancement to command positions on the Airbus A220-300.

Eligible professionals who join airBaltic from September 1, 2024, to May 31, 2025, will receive a sign-up bonus—EUR 15,000 gross for Captains and EUR 10,000 gross for Senior First Officers. Additionally, in line with its growth strategy in the Baltic region, airBaltic is set to open new crew bases in Tallinn, Estonia, and Vilnius, Lithuania, beginning November 1, 2024. For the forthcoming summer season, the airline will also establish temporary crew stations in Munich, Germany, Vienna, Austria, and Brussels, Belgium.

Furthermore, starting in January of the following year, airBaltic plans to enhance the compensation packages and scheduling flexibility for both pilots and cabin crew, including more days off.
