This new route, AirAsia’s shortest to India, also marks a significant milestone as the airline becomes the first to offer international flights to Port Blair within the ASEAN region. Beginning on 16 November 2024, AirAsia will operate three weekly flights to this picturesque island, making it the airline’s 17th destination in India.
With the addition of Port Blair, AirAsia now connects to various cities across India, including Chennai and Amritsar, with a total of 91 flights per week.
