Saturday, August 24, 2024 Air India has introduced a new direct service to Bengaluru (Bangalore) from London Gatwick, which has been part of the VINCI Airports network since late 2018. Operating five times a week, this route adds Bengaluru as the fifth Indian destination served from Gatwick, complementing its existing flights to Goa, Kochi, Ahmedabad, and Amritsar. This new route underscores London Gatwick’s commitment to expanding its connectivity with India, reflecting the growing demand for travel between the UK and India.

As part of its strategic vision, London Gatwick aims to enhance its Indian network further, with plans to increase its services to major cities like Delhi and Mumbai in the coming years. The addition of Bengaluru not only broadens travel options for passengers but also strengthens economic and cultural ties between the two nations.
