Happy Birthday, Ben Affleck ! The Argo star turned 52 on Thursday and this year, he reportedly spent his birthday where I'd like to be rn: at home. According to People , Ben had a "small birthday celebration" with his kids, Violet, 18, Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12. "It's exactly what he wanted," a source said.
"He didn't want to go out to celebrate. The kids had gifts for him, and it was cute." Fin, Violet, and Samuel are from his marriage to Jennifer Garner .
Although the pair split in 2018, they seem to have remained on good terms, with Jennifer even visiting Ben on his birthday, as seen in photos obtained by Page Six. That wasn't his only visitor, either. According to People's source, "Jennifer [Lopez] stopped by to congratulate him" on his big day, too.
The Daily Mail shared photos of her leaving Ben's home. "The kids were with Ben for most of the day. He didn't leave the house at all for his birthday," the insider continued.
BuzzFeed contacted reps for Ben and Jennifer for comment on the report, but did not immediately hear back. The celebration comes almost one month after Jennifer marked her 55th birthday, for which she threw a Bridgerton -themed party in the Hamptons. Ben notably did not attend the event, which fell amid ongoing split rumors .
Instead, he was seen running errands in LA. Like Ben, Jennifer didn't publicly acknowledge his birthday. Instead, she shared photos from her own celebration on Instagram.
