The blonde bombshell recently released her first cookbook, Chloe's Vegan Kitchen which, according to the book's promo is: 'brimming with plant-based eats that are good for the mind, body and soul.' It was revealed in June that Jy split from his model girlfriend Demi after two years together. The couple are understood to have 'amicably' gone their separate ways in recent weeks with their management telling the Herald Sun that they 'remain good friends'.
