From starring as a sister in "The Cheetah Girls" to keeping it real while hosting "The Real" and "E! News," Adrienne Bailon-Houghton has been gracing our screens since the early 2000s, entertaining us with her soulful voice, bubbly personality, and relatable commentary. The multi-hyphenate singer, actor, entrepreneur, and host is doing it all, but Bailon-Houghton makes it a point to prioritize self-care , especially after becoming a mom. "My self-care routine is having a clean home; it declutters my mind.

I already have so much going on in my mind that I need to be organized and walk into what is supposed to be my safe space," Bailon-Houghton says. She keeps her home organized and stays on top of her daily chores, ensuring that her laundry is done, her kitchen sink is clean, and scented candles are lit for a moment of aromatherapy. After being inspired by reading "The 5AM Club," one of her wellness goals is to become a morning person.

"[I want to] knock out all of my self-care at the top of the day, instead of leaving it for the end of the day — starting my day full, instead of starting on empty," she says. Bailon-Houghton is motivated to hit the gym, prioritize cardio, and eat healthier, noting that she wants to get in 10,000 steps before 10:00 a.m.

"Most people say it takes about two hours, and someone told me I could watch two episodes of 'Gilmore Girls' and knock it out at 05:00 a.m., and I think that is really gonna be leveling up my wellness routine.
