By Mickayla Miller, LNP, Lancaster, Pa. (TNS) Emmy Award-winning actor William H. Macy dined at a Lancaster County restaurant Wednesday night and took a photo with the staff afterward.

Kyma Seafood Grill, at 1640 N. Reading Road in Stevens, posted about the experience to its Facebook page Wednesday evening. “What a surprise we had this evening,” the post says.

“We had the pleasure of serving William H. Macy. We hope he had a fantastic meal and could not be more thankful for his generosity towards our staff!” Macy, known for his roles in “Fargo” and “Shameless,” frequently visits Lancaster County .

A resident who spoke to him on a previous outing said the actor told him he was visiting family in the county. Macy visited the county a few times earlier this year. In March, he dined at Gus’s Keystone Diner and 3 Sisters restaurant in Ephrata, and Columbia Kettle Works' location in Adamstown.

He also was spotted at the Starbucks in The Crossings on Harrisburg Pike in March. Macy talked with an LNP — LancasterOnline reporter about his experience in the county, saying, “It is a beautiful area and they are really kind people.” (c)2024 LNP (Lancaster, Pa.
