Mumbai: Pan-Indian actor R. Madhavan, known for his impactful roles in ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect,’ ‘Shaitaan,’ ‘3 Idiots,’ and ‘Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein,’ has purchased a luxurious apartment in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai. Madhavan has acquired a lavish five-bedroom apartment in the prestigious Signia Pearl residential complex in BKC.
The new property, worth Rs 17.5 crore, spans an area of 4,182 square feet and includes two parking spaces. Bandra is home to numerous Bollywood stars, including Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Shah Rukh Khan, and Salman Khan, as well as Indian cricketer KL Rahul.
The transaction was reportedly finalised with Madhavan paying Rs 1 crore in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 in registration fees. The registration took place on July 22. Madhavan's next project is the sports drama ‘The Test,’ directed by S.
