Laura Hamilton breaks silence over worrying condition A Place In The Sun presenter Laura Hamilton has snapped up her very own slice of paradise, securing a holiday home in sunny Mallorca. The TV star, 42, who is set to grace our screens once more in the new series of the popular Channel 4 show, has taken a leaf out of her own book by purchasing her first overseas renovation project. Talking to the Mirror , Laura shared: "It's a big renovation project in Mallorca, even though I've renovated a lot of houses over the last, since I was 19, it is a new thing for me renovating overseas so yeah it's a bit different! "I'm sure it will come with some challenges but it's really nice, not only will I have when I'm helping other people to find their places in the sun, I will have actually first hand gone through the experience myself as well.
I'll be living and breathing the whole thing!" Laura also expressed her spontaneous nature when it comes to life, saying: "I'm a pretty spontaneous person, I feel like when you know it's right, you just know. I looked at it once and knew straight away that it was the right property."
