Following her break-up with ex-husband, Alex Goward , last year, Laura admitted that she has received a lot of criticism for splitting up with her ex with people questioning why she would make such a decision at her age. She said: "I've had quite a bit of stick for the fact (getting divorced in her 40s) that well, you know, you're a 40-year-old woman, why would a 40-year-old woman leave a marriage? "It must be someone's having an affair.
Well, it's kind of actually, no, it's like I'm just not happy going on the destination that I want to be heading too right now in this relationship and I want too change my route, my path. I kind of felt like, that's enough, that's okay for that to be enough." And speaking to Andrea about the Loose Women star's three marriages, Laura admitted that she struggled to see herself re-marrying saying: "I've got to be honest, I've done it once and I'm not sure I'd do it again.
" The pair also discussed how they didn't feel like any of their marriages were a mistake after their 'beautiful children' were a product of the relationships, adding: "I feel very much the same as that. I was in a marriage, I've got two beautiful children and I wo.
