Something new American Airlines has finally revamped its meal options for the first time since 2019. If you’re flying within the US, meal service is typically offered on flights longer than 900 miles. Meal baskets are provided, though, on flights that range from 500 to 899 miles. A helpful tip when flying with American is to order your meal in advance.
