For my first time at Tiger Pho, I tried the spring rolls for an appetizer and the brisket pho for my entree. Every ingredient shined in the spring rolls, which featured grilled shrimp, grilled pork, vermicelli noodles, lettuce and cilantro rolled in rice paper and served with a side of pickled cabbage, carrots and homemade peanut sauce. While the flavors were truly delicious, I wish the spring rolls were rolled a little tighter.
